Regent Seven Seas Cruises has announced the debut of the Air Concierge program, which will launch on April 1, 2026. Available to passengers in the U.S. and Canada, Air Concierge offers personalized routing, cabin‑class selection, preferred airline choices and flexible travel dates.
Air Concierge will replace Regent’s current Ultimate All-Inclusive Fare pricing option and will provide real‑time, market‑based airfare at the moment arrangements are made.
Access to Air Concierge will open 270 days prior to sailing for guests in Concierge Suites and above, as well as Seven Seas Society Platinum‑level and above members. For guests in Serenity Suites and below, and Gold‑level and below members, access opens 240 days prior to sailing. When the access window begins, guests are invited to contact the dedicated Air Concierge team to begin curating their flight itinerary. A $125 Air Concierge deposit per guest (up to $250 per suite) is required to initiate the process and is applied to the guest’s airfare upon acceptance of the proposed itinerary. If the guest chooses not to use the itinerary provided, the deposit is automatically converted into a shipboard credit.
“This program expands the meaning of the unrivaled Regent experience by offering a more personalized, flexible, and confidence‑driven approach to air travel,” said Wesley D’Silva, President, Regent Seven Seas Cruises, in a media statement. “Our guests place great value on seamless experiences from the moment they begin their journey, and Air Concierge has been crafted to meet that expectation with dedicated expertise, greater choice, and benefits that truly reflect the Regent standard. We look forward to supporting our guests and Travel Partners with a program that elevates every detail of the journey.”
Participating passengers also receive up to $500 per suite complimentary Blacklane private chauffeur credits, available from 10 days before sailing through 10 days after the voyage. Complimentary coach transfers between the airport and ship are also provided exclusively on embarkation and disembarkation days.
