Palladium Hotel Group Sets Its Sights on Times Square

Only YOU Hotel New York, the first U.S. property under the Only YOU Hotels brand, is scheduled to open in late 2026. Located on West 45th Street, near Times Square and within a two-minute walk to Broadway, the hotel will anchor Palladium Hotel Group’s growth strategy in North America and expand its presence in the global lifestyle segment.

“The arrival of Only YOU Hotels in the United States marks a milestone in the global expansion of Palladium Hotel Group. With this opening in a city as strategic as New York, we reaffirm the brand’s commitment to solid and consistent growth, linked to differentiated offerings connected to each destination. We arrive with the commitment to offer an authentic experience, impeccable service, and a team that will act as a true ambassador for the city, celebrating the vibrant spirit of Manhattan and elevating it through hospitality that puts people and the city at the heart of everything,” said Juan Serra, General Manager of the Lifestyle and Luxury Business Unit, in a press statement.

The property’s interiors will reflect the brand’s signature design approach, where modern functionality blends with the city’s vibrant urban energy. The 138 guestrooms will be distributed across several categories, offering a range of layouts suited for both business and leisure travel. Every guestroom will include high-quality amenities and updated technology to enhance comfort and convenience.

Dining will form an integral part of your clients’ experience, with a restaurant and cocktail bar open to both guests and locals. The culinary program will integrate international influences with New York’s dining trends, while the bar will focus on mixology concepts inspired by regional flavors. Common areas will maintain a flexible layout to accommodate social gatherings, private events or casual meetings.

Room service and breakfast options will remain available at different times. Shared areas within the hotel, including multifunctional meeting spaces, are being designed for adaptability.

The location is ideal, with easy access to Penn Station, Grand Central Terminal, and main thoroughfares leading to John F. Kennedy and LaGuardia airports.

The New York property will join a growing list of urban openings that anchor the group’s positioning in lifestyle-focused hospitality. After New York, the company plans further additions in Venice and Ibiza.
