Palladium Hotel Group recently announced a host of good news, from corporate growth to renovations, new hotels and more, including the fact the company has increased its volume of managed business a full 16 percent over the previous year.

“Overcoming the €1 billion barrier in managed business volume strengthens our business model, in which growth accompanied by profitability and customer satisfaction as essential pillars, compose a win for the group,” stated Abel Matutes Prats, president, in a press statement.

Palladium Wins Keep Racking Up

Where recommendations and online reputation on social networks are concerned, most of the group’s properties score well above industry averages, and its Palladium Rewards loyalty program added 25 thousand new members each month in 2023.

In hotel news, the CEO of Palladium Hotel Group highlighted two important advancements: the massive renovation of Grand Palladium Kantenah Resort & Spa in Riviera Maya, which received upgrades including Family Selection, and the opening of Only YOU Hotel Sevilla this spring. This is a 5-star hotel with 226 rooms with an ample outdoor pool area. In 2024 the group will also restore Palladium Hotel Palmyra in Ibiza—the important investment will upgrade the property to a 5-star hotel to what will be the first Only YOU Hotel in this location.

The Only YOU Hotels brand will also welcome a new 5-star property in Venice in 2025; this is the first for that brand in Italy and the second for Palladium Hotel Group, joining Grand Palladium Sicilia Resort & Spa.

Other news includes the renovation of the Grand Palladium Imbassai Resort & Spa in Brazil and the fact the group is looking to other U.S. cities for new hotels after the opening of the 45 Times Square Hotel in New York. Possibilities include Miami, Los Angeles or Chicago. Internationally, the group is studying expanding opportunities in Mexico, the Middle East and the Mediterranean.

In the CSR arena, Palladium Cares has celebrated the opening of its first training centers in the Americas in Jamaica, and in Mexico, the group is working with the Origen Foundation to develop a curriculum that meets the needs of local communities. In Brazil, Palladium Cares has opened an Agricultural Production and Training Center in Curralinho, Bahia, to help train the local community.

Other kudos for the group include a fourth consecutive yearly win as Top Employer in the field of HR, and the Happy Trainee recognition, awarded by the certifying Choose My Company, which focuses on positioning as an attractive center for young talent.
