HX Expeditions has launched a comprehensive co-branded marketing platform for travel advisors and a limited-time booking incentive during Travel Advisor Appreciation Week.
This initiative follows HX’s strategic expansion of its Americas team, reinforcing the company’s investment in the U.S. and Canadian advisor networks. The dual announcement demonstrates HX’s focus on providing tangible resources that help advisors succeed in the growing expedition cruise sector.
“HX is the largest expedition cruise company in the world, but many advisors in North America are just getting to know our product,” said Steve Smotrys, Managing Director & SVP Commercial, Americas, in a press statement. “This partnership gives them everything they need to start promoting HX right away—with intuitive tools that are beautifully designed and built to convert.”
New from HX—Plus a Bonus
The new Approach Guides platform, available now at no cost, allows advisors to streamline their marketing of HX’s extensive portfolio, which spans more than 250 destinations across over 30 countries. The system enables immediate sharing of co-branded content highlighting HX itineraries, offers and expedition features. Advisors gain access to an integrated website with live pricing and availability, plus direct lead capture capabilities that eliminate approval delays or registration barriers.
Designed for both experienced sellers and those new to expedition cruising, the platform enables quick campaign creation with professional presentation. Advisors can begin using the tool immediately here.
HX will conduct a detailed walkthrough webinar on May 8 featuring Steve Smotrys and Approach Guides co-founder Jennifer Raezer. The webinar will include a live question session. Registration for this informational session is open now.
HX has introduced a limited-time financial incentive to appreciate its advisor partners further. For bookings made through May 14, 2025, advisors will receive a $300 Amazon e-gift card for every new two-guest booking across all future expedition sailings. Solo traveler bookings qualify for a $150 gift card. Group reservations are eligible when guest names are applied, while interline rates and advisor fares are excluded from the promotion.
“We’re committed to supporting our trade partners with best-in-class tools and support,” said Smotrys in the press statement. “This is about making it easier than ever for travel advisors to succeed in the expedition space and grow their business with HX.”
