Insight Vacations has added 35 new itineraries to its portfolio with the launch of its Small Group Tours collection, now open for 2027 bookings. The voyages touch five continents, and most tours are capped at 24 guests, with select Africa departures limited to 18.
Travelers are looking for the ease of guided travel, but with more space to connect deeply with the places they visit. Insight Vacations Small Group Tours were designed to meet that demand, bringing travelers closer than ever to the heart of each destination,” says Melissa DaSilva, Deputy CEO and Chief Sales Officer of TTC Tour Brands, in a press statement. “This is a significant expansion of our portfolio, and for advisors, it creates new opportunities to offer clients an even more immersive way to travel, backed by the quality and expertise they already expect from Insight Vacations.”
Insight Vacations: Smaller, Done Right
The collection is built for the traveler who wants premium experiences without the scale of a traditional group tour. Each itinerary includes hand-selected hotels, elevated dining, luxury coaches with extra legroom, expert Travel Directors and Local Specialists.
The timing aligns with a clear shift in the market, where demand for smaller, more considered travel continues to grow. It’s also a practical re-engagement tool: past Insight Vacations guests or repeat travelers to Europe who feel they’ve covered a destination may find a new reason to return—this time with fewer fellow travelers and deeper access along the way.
Each itinerary is built around experiences that larger groups can’t access as easily. On the Country Roads of Portugal, guests board a boat through the Ria Formosa lagoon with a marine biologist before visiting an oyster farm for a fresh tasting. The Wonders of Japan includes time with a Bonsai Master Apprentice, and the Northern Lights of Scandinavia features a stay at Aurora Cabins in Saariselka, in Finland’s northern wilderness.
Africa itineraries carry a cap of 18 guests. Options include the Kenya Safari with Maasai Mara and Ancient Wonders of the Nile, the latter featuring a private dinner on Al Ramady Island in an intimate Nile setting.
To support the collection, Insight Vacations has produced a dedicated Small Group Tours selling guide covering key selling points, traveler profiles and featured tour highlights.
