Hyatt’s Inclusive Collection has just announced news for its Riviera Maya lineup: Hyatt Ziva Riviera Maya will transition to Dreams Puerto Morelos Resort & Spa effective Nov. 13, 2025. The rebrand integrates the oceanfront resort into Hyatt’s Dreams Resorts & Spas collection. The property will continue to participate in Hyatt’s loyalty program, maintaining full member benefits and point accrual. All existing bookings, room categories and reservations made under the Hyatt Ziva Riviera Maya name will be honored on and beyond the transition date.
Hyatt: Refining and Redefining
The change reflects Hyatt’s approach to refining its all-inclusive offerings under a defined brand structure that aligns guest expectations with each brand’s identity. Dreams Resorts & Spas focuses on family-friendly, upscale beach destinations that blend relaxation, entertainment and wellness services through an all-inclusive model.
Set along the Caribbean coastline in Puerto Morelos, between Cancun and Playa del Carmen, the resort currently features more than 400 suites, each with a private balcony or terrace. Current facilities, such as multiple swimming pools, a full-service spa and family-friendly recreation, will remain under the new name. The rebrand will not affect existing amenities or services, and operations will continue without interruption. The Explorer’s Club for Kids will retain its programming in accordance with the new brand’s guidelines.
Dining and beverage offerings will also stay consistent through the transition. Restaurants and bars currently operating at the property are expected to continue without major changes as the resort aligns with Dreams Resorts & Spas standards.
Dreams Puerto Morelos Resort & Spa is located about 20 minutes from Cancun International Airport, offering direct access to the Riviera Maya’s beaches and coastal attractions.
