Explora Journeys has just announced the Explora Club, a loyalty program that elevates the guest experience through rewards and recognition. This brand-new program celebrates loyal guests who seek more meaningful travel experiences beyond the ordinary journey.

Explora Journey’s Status Tiers
The program features a 5-level structure—Classic, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond—each offering progressively enhanced benefits. Membership status is determined by weighted nights at sea, multiplied by suite category, with additional points earned through Destination Experiences purchased before or during the journey and eligible onboard spending.
Explora Club offers an array of benefits across all tiers. Even at the Classic level, members receive a personalized welcome aboard, exclusive member offers, priority access to new journey collections and a dedicated members area on the brand’s website. As travelers progress to Silver status and beyond, privileges expand to include savings on future journeys, birthday surprises, personalized welcomes from the General Manager and invitations to exclusive cocktail parties with ship leadership.
Gold and Platinum members unlock additional perks such as surprise ritual turndown service, complimentary laundry bags, priority reservations for onboard services and behind-the-scenes bridge and engine room tours. For those reaching the coveted Diamond level, rewards become exceptional: A complimentary week-long journey for two, private airport transfers, suite upgrades, exclusive culinary experiences and private shopping opportunities outside of boutique opening hours.
Of note is the program’s Status Match feature, which welcomes guests holding loyalty status with other luxury cruise programs into Explora Club with equivalent-level recognition from their first journey—this facilitates client transitions to this new luxury brand.
By July 2025, members will gain access to a personalized My Explora area where they can track benefits and status levels. Past journeys will be recognized and factored into each member’s tier placement.
The introduction of Explora Club aligns with the brand’s fleet expansion plans. Explora Journeys is building a fleet of six luxury ships by 2028, with EXPLORA I and EXPLORA II already sailing and four additional vessels joining the fleet between 2026 and 2028. segment.
For guests interested in joining, enrollment is complimentary and available to travelers over 18 years of age (21 in the U.S.). U.S. citizens are automatically enrolled after reserving their first journey; guests from other countries can register voluntarily through the My Explora account on the brand’s website or with assistance from the Explora Experience Center, travel advisors or onboard Guest Services.
