Exodus Sweetens Group Travel With a Free-Trip Incentive

Exodus Adventure Travels has launched its first-ever Private Groups Week, a 5-day virtual training series running June 8–12, 2026. The event marks the first time Exodus has dedicated a full week of programming to helping advisors start, scale and grow a private group business.

“We’ve seen incredible momentum in the North American market, particularly among travel advisors leading their own groups,” said Sasha Andrews, Director for Industry Sales, in a press statement. “More advisors are recognizing the value of bringing their communities together through travel, and Groups Week is designed to give them the confidence, tools and inspiration to take that to the next level.”

Exodus: Small-Group Travel in High Demand

The initiative comes on the heels of strong growth in North America, where demand for small-group, community-led travel has driven more advisors to build and lead their own group departures. Exodus is responding with a week of structured, daily live sessions, each targeting a specific element of the group travel business.

Introduction to Groups with Exodus opens the series, covering the fundamentals of the advisor-operator partnership for group itineraries. How to Market Your Groups moves into client outreach and promotion. Take Your Own Group Trip addresses the experience of leading a departure firsthand, while Top Trips by Theme closes the week with a look at Exodus itineraries organized by theme.

Throughout Private Groups Week, Exodus will also promote its popular Book 10, Go Free incentive. Once an advisor confirms 10 paying passengers on a departure, they receive a complimentary spot on that trip. Exodus describes it as a proven model for driving both revenue and loyalty.
