Club Med is preparing to release its upgraded Club Med University on Oct. 28, offering a practical solution for industry professionals looking to increase their Club Med bookings. The new platform transforms the learning experience for both new and experienced professionals working with the all-inclusive brand.

The revamped educational hub streamlines the path to success by consolidating essential Club Med knowledge into a single, accessible location. Users gain comprehensive insights into the brand’s portfolio of more than 70 all-inclusive properties worldwide, enabling them to match clients with ideal vacation experiences better.

The redesigned platform delivers significant value through its three-pronged approach. First, it centralizes all training resources to improve booking conversion rates. Second, users earn official Club Med certification by collecting 3,000 Great Advisors loyalty points for each completed video. These points translate directly to complimentary stays at Club Med properties globally. Third, the platform shares proven strategies and insider knowledge from top Club Med sellers, providing users with practical tools to improve sales effectiveness.

Club Med Celebrates 75th Year With Expansion

This year, Club Med accelerated global expansion with new ski resort projects planned in Canada and Italy. The brand is also preparing to launch resorts in South Africa and Malaysia, reinforcing its presence across North America, Europe, the Caribbean, Africa and Asia-Pacific.

Major renovations at the flagship Club Med Punta Cana resort are scheduled for fall 2025. These upgrades include five key areas designed to elevate the all-inclusive experience. The Costa Del Coco Deluxe Rooms have been redesigned to reflect the Dominican Republic’s coastal environment, featuring private balconies and spa-like bathrooms with rain showers. The Buena Vista Lounge, the resort’s central social space, offers a 360-degree ocean view and a bohemian-chic atmosphere, surrounded by lush landscaping.

Dining options have been reimagined at El Mundo Food Club, where guests can enjoy a range of global cuisines from French to Latin American, Asian, Mediterranean and grilled specialties. The design incorporates Caribbean charm with indoor and outdoor seating. The Joia Bar, inspired by a Dominican “Casita,” provides a versatile poolside venue for daytime relaxation and evening gatherings. Additionally, the Coffee Shop offers a casual setting with a variety of coffees, teas, pastries and snacks.
