Classic Vacations has consulted with your peers and introduced redesigned statements and itineraries developed directly from their feedback. The new format delivers organized, streamlined documents with improved visual design throughout the booking cycle, making trip details more transparent and simplifying how your clients understand options, costs and logistics.
Three distinct formats now define the system:
- Full View offers a complete, detail-oriented layout ideal for proposals, quotes and itineraries in progress. Each booking component appears in a card-based format, displaying terms, conditions and policies alongside pricing, contact information and travel advisories.
- Invoice View provides a clear summary built for interim or final payment steps. It lists each component with traveler details and dates, plus optional pricing fields, total cost summaries and a secure payment link. The concise layout delivers clarity without added legal content.
- Travel View serves as the final itinerary for clients. It prioritizes essential “where to be and when” information, such as flight times, hotel check-ins and tour meeting points. The mobile-ready design can be accessed digitally or printed, omitting deeper policy sections in favor of an easy travel reference.
Each layout can be downloaded or sent as a PDF, allowing users to choose the format suited to each stage of the process.
Classic Vacations describes the update as part of its digital expansion, moving away from text-heavy documentation to modern, card-based pages.
