Celestyal’s newest member, Celestyal Journeyembarked on its maiden voyage this weekend, departing on its first 7-night Idyllic Agean itinerary with stops in the ports of Thessaloniki, Kusadasi, Heraklion (Crete), Santorini, Mykonos and Milos.

“On September 02, I was delighted to join our crew and customers onboard the inaugural sailing of our newest ship, Celestyal Journey,” said Lee Haslett, Celestyal’s CCO.
“She signals a new and exciting chapter in our offering as we continue to invest into our fleet, aligning the company’s vision to offer a new premium stay-in-style and experience-rich cruise offering to the Greek islands and Eastern Mediterranean. Initial reactions have been fantastic, and we are committed to continue to delight our guests with our renowned hospitality, local expertise, and quality facilities”.

Celestyal Extends Its Suite Upgrade Promo

If your clients didn’t make it onto the inaugural voyage, they could still benefit from Celestyal Journey’s splashy debut: With this vessel, the brand substantially increased its premium balcony capacity onboard, and they’re celebrating it by extending its promotion of a complimentary suite upgrade on all Journey bookings made by Oct. 31 for travel through the rest of 2023. (The upgrade will be applied to all XD, SJA and SJB bookings made during this period.)

This means clients can book and enjoy an even “suite-er” trip on itineraries like the 7-night Three Continents, which departs on Oct. 21 and visits Europe, Asia and Africa and includes visits to some of the world’s top attractions like the pyramids of Giza and Ephesus, or the 11-, 18- and 19-night holiday cruises that depart in December and go through Europe and Africa all the way to the Holy Land. Clients can spend Christmas Eve and Christmas Day in Israel, having already explored Cairo, the ancient kingdom of Curium and the Greek Islands.
