Celestyal is unveiling some exciting updates designed to elevate guest experiences and simplify cruise planning for travel advisors and their clients.
Starting Dec. 11, 2024, for cruises departing March 21, 2025, Celestyal will replace its existing fare packages with the new “Celestyal One” structure.
This streamlined fare includes:
- Cruise fare with port fees, taxes and crew gratuities.
- Complimentary essential WiFi for all guests.
- Beverages like coffee, tea, water and juice.
- Unlimited free soft drinks in main restaurants during meals.
Simplifying its Beverage Offering
Additionally, Celestyal is replacing traditional beverage packages with “CelestyalPay,” a prepaid food and beverage wallet for onboard purchases. Guests can preload funds to receive bonus credits or simply charge items to their account during the cruise. Balances can be monitored via their stateroom card, online or at guest services.
Celestyal is also increasing complimentary eateries onboard. Guests can continue to take advantage of the main restaurant Thalassa and buffet-style Taverna across the line’s two-ship fleet and now dine at the Greek Deli or Pizza Oven, as additional complimentary informal eateries available in the afternoons.
Lee Haslett, Chief Commercial Officer at Celestyal, said in a press statement: “We’re passionate about high value–whether it’s value for time, money or experience. So, we’re thrilled to be introducing our new ‘Celestyal One’ fare structure and ‘CelestyalPay’ as a direct response to feedback from our guests and travel agent partners. Our new simplified approach offers enhanced inclusions, more choice, more flexibility and out-of-this-world value.
