Beaches Resorts opened Treasure Beach Village at Beaches Turks and Caicos on March 1, adding 101 multi-bedroom suites and six dining concepts to the Grace Bay Beach property in a $150 million expansion.

“As the next chapter in the Beaches Turks and Caicos story, Treasure Beach Village builds on everything families already love about this resort, adding incredibly spacious accommodations and freshly introduced experiences shaped by the way families travel today,” said Adam Stewart, Executive Chairman of Sandals and Beaches Resorts, in a press statement. “It is incredibly moving to meet guests who first visited Beaches as children and are now returning with little ones of their own. More than ever, families are coming together across generations, slowing down, and truly valuing time with one another, and this new addition opens up even more possibilities for those shared moments.”

Beaches for All in the Family

The new oceanfront village introduces room categories built for multi-generational groups. The CrystalSky 4-Bedroom Reserve Villas span more than 2,600 sq. ft. across three stories, sleeping up to 10 guests with private pools and rooftop decks equipped with telescopes. The Chairman’s Penthouse Suite covers more than 2,800 sq. ft. over 2 stories with 3 bedrooms and capacity for 10 guests.

Oceanview 2-Story Suites come in 2- and 3-bedroom configurations, featuring modern bunk beds, dining nooks and outdoor living rooms. Oceanview and Penthouse Concierge Suites accommodate up to 6 guests across 2 bedrooms.

Six new dining venues join the resort’s existing 28 restaurants. Butch’s Island Chop House makes its Beaches debut, serving prime dry-aged steaks and seafood with a mini-martini menu for adults. The concept honors late founder Gordon “Butch” Stewart and previously operated exclusively at Sandals properties.

Pinta Food Hall marks a brand first with four culinary stations offering tacos, Asian stir-fries, Italian fare and grilled items, plus Beaches’ first live churro station. BRU Coffee Bar features Jamaica’s Blue Mountain coffee during the day and craft cocktails at night.

A 15,000-sq.-ft. lagoon pool anchors the village with three whirlpools, a waterslide, a splash zone and a swim-up bar. Calypso Cones serves poolside snow cones. The village debuts Beaches’ first Starfish Cinema, a 32-seat theater showing sitcoms and movies with complimentary popcorn and refreshments.

Of note: your clients have access to the full Beaches Turks and Caicos property, including the 45,000-sq.-ft. Pirates Island Water Park, unlimited land and water sports, daily entertainment and complimentary Kids Camps.

The opening launches Beaches 2.0, a nearly $1 billion investment to double the brand’s Caribbean footprint over several years with expansions planned for Exuma, Jamaica, Barbados and Saint Vincent and the Grenadines.
