Auberge Resorts Collection will manage a new luxury property within Moncayo, a 2,718-acre community on Puerto Rico’s eastern coast. The project is set to open in 2027.

Located between El Yunque National Forest (the United States’ only national rainforest) and Puerto del Rey marina, Moncayo offers access to the Virgin Islands. The resort will feature 68 suites and 15 villas designed by Studio Paolo Ferrari, all with views of Isla de Ramos, Vieques and Culebra.
Guest suites include private gardens and plunge pools. The Resort Villas offer oceanfront living with infinity pools and optional participation in the resort rental program.
Amenities include cascading swimming pools, diverse dining venues and an Auberge Spa inspired by local traditions. Your clients will be able to access Moncayo’s community features, including a village center, 247-acre organic farm, 988-acre nature reserve and a Mackenzie & Ebert-designed golf course.
