If AmaWaterways‘ Soulful Experience cruise in France this summer left your clients wanting more, they’re in luck: the line just announced it’s adding a new itinerary to the 2024 Soulful Experience lineup, which celebrates Black history and culture along Europe’s rivers. The new addition sails through Portugal from Nov. 13-23, 2024—this 10-night Enticing Duoro Soulful Experience includes a 3-night pre-cruise land package in Lisbon before a 7-night river cruise aboard the AmaDouro along the Douro River.
But wait, there’s more: AmaWaterways added there’s still limited availability on three other Soulful Experience cruise and land packages in 2024. The 10-night Colors of Provence Soulful Experience departs June 13 (with a 3-night stay in Paris post-cruise), and the 11-night Secrets of Egypt & The Nile Soulful Cruise on May 17 (with a pre-cruise land package in Cairo) both still have spots available.

AmaWaterways Celebrates Black Heritage, History and Culture
The line offers your clients four opportunities to delve into Black heritage, history and culture in 2024. The Enticing Duoro itinerary follows the history of the Black and African diaspora in Lisbon along the Duoro River. It includes authentic Portuguese culinary experiences and wine tastings at local wine estates. Colors of Provence immerses travelers in France’s Black heritage and culture with two dates, both sailing on the AmaKristina. The first departs Arles along the Rhone to Lyon from June 13-23, 2024, with the second sailing departing from Lyon to Arles on June 17, which debuts with a 3-night land package in Paris. Experiences include regional cuisine, wine, jazz and more. The Secrets of Egypt & The Nile cruise departs on May 17, 2024, for 11 nights aboard the AmaDahlia roundtrip from Luxor, with stops in Edfu, Aswan, Esna, Kom Ombo and Qena. This itinerary includes a visit to a Nubian Village.
