AmaWaterways Expands Portfolio with Mandarin Oriental Land Programs

AmaWaterways has announced a new collaboration with Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group to introduce a series of luxury pre- and post-cruise land programs in Europe. Set to debut in 2026, the Mandarin Oriental Luxury Pre- and Post-Cruise Experiences will offer travelers enhanced comfort, personalized service and immersive cultural encounters in select cities.

The new programs will be available in Barcelona, Geneva, Zurich, Madrid, Paris, Prague, Vienna and Amsterdam, with Budapest joining the lineup in 2027. Each curated itinerary will feature stays at Mandarin Oriental properties.

Luxury Land Extensions

Travelers can expect private drivers and guides, door-to-door transfers and daily excursions highlighting local culture and cuisine. Experiences such as hands-on cooking demonstrations followed by lunch at local restaurants are designed to deepen connections with each destination while maintaining seamless transitions between ship, hotel and airport.

Onboard, guests will continue to experience AmaWaterways’ signature service and amenities, including gourmet dining, wellness programs led by dedicated Wellness Hosts and evening cultural performances. Select suites also include butler service, ensuring a personalized and elevated journey.
