ALG Vacations (ALGV) has introduced its new Advisor Portal, an online platform designed to help agency owners and team members better manage business performance through real-time data and analytics.

Now available within the brand’s navigation, the Advisor Portal consolidates performance insights, operational tools and key metrics in one location. Users can monitor results, evaluate booking trends and track support ticket progress without leaving the platform.
The tool offers several core functions focused on data visibility. The Sales Insights & Trends section provides details on booking behavior by destination, origin and hotel chain, revealing potential growth areas. The Support Ticket Tracking feature allows status checks on pending reservation requests at any time, reducing uncertainty and helping maintain operational efficiency. The Agency & Advisor Views feature gives agency owners a full snapshot of team performance, while individual users can see their own results and progress toward Elite status.
Site Managers and Agency Owners can customize their Advisor Portal through the Agency Preferences section. These enhanced settings extend existing functions from VAX VacationAccess, allowing owners to assign Agency Owner roles to team members for expanded reporting access. They can also control visibility for brand and reservation data and specify who can view individual performance reports.
The Advisor Portal is now live and accessible directly from the site header. Training sessions are available in May through the Education Calendar for those seeking guided introductions to the portal’s features and navigation.
