Celestyal is giving a huge round of applause to its top-selling travel advisors, awarding them with a 7-night Mediterranean sailing in spring 2027. The line’s first-ever Stars of Excellence program puts the spotlight on its top 50 highest-producing advisors in North America.
To kick off the new program, Celestyal is initiating a year-long “Race to the Med” for the awarded advisors to win the hosted sailing.
The new “Celestyal Stars of Excellence” will be an annual performance-based rewards program designed to recognize individual excellence in the North American market. For the inaugural program, Celestyal will track sales from Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2026, based on total settled bookings in the calendar year. The top 50 will be named to the first Celestyal Stars of Excellence.
As an added incentive, the 50 advisors awarded will also receive a hosted 7-night Mediterranean sailing to take in either March or April of 2027. Winners will be hosted in a premium balcony cabin and receive onboard credit. Additionally, there will be special programs and events on board including:
- The Stars Gala:A high-profile awards ceremony recognizing the top performers
- Leadership Roundtables:Intimate feedback sessions between the top 50 and Celestyal executives to influence future trade strategies
- Exclusive Shore Excursions:Unique, curated experiences in key ports such as Mykonos or Santorini to deepen the advisors’ product knowledge
