With the wave of a hand, my guest bracelet turned room key allowed me access to the sanctuary of relaxation that I had personally designed for my guestroom at Le Blanc
Spa Resort Los Cabos
in San Jose Del Cabo, Mexico.

Opening the door, I was first struck by the light and refreshing scent of cucumber-mint aromatherapy filling the room. Awaiting me to my left was a hot rejuvenating bath with bubbles piled high and lime, coconut, and verbena bath salts soaking inside. Spacious and separated from the rest of the room by walls covered in granite and limestone-like materials, my dip in the tub felt like swimming in my own private grotto.

Once out of the bath, I nibbled on the petit fours of the night, read over the airport transfer details that my butler had so kindly left on the table for me, and snuggled into bed with my lavender and chamomile pillows. Everything that welcomed me back to my guestroom that night was prepared by my butler at my special request, and not a single detail was overlooked. It may have been my last night at the adults-only, all-inclusive luxury Le Blanc Spa Resort Los Cabos, but as I paused to appreciate the relaxing finale to my 3-night stay, I realized that the moment perfectly exemplified the superb service and amenities I had enjoyed throughout my visit.

Every guest in the property’s 373 rooms—each equipped with a full balcony and 98 percent featuring full or partial ocean views—has access to a butler who will unpack and pack their suitcases, book excursions, arrange for restaurant reservations, and, my personal favorite, prepare their rooms with amenities chosen from the Comfort Menu, which includes nine aromatherapy treatments, 10 types of bath salts, five handcrafted soaps, and a selection of five specialty pillows.

Those snacks and drinks in the minibar? Those are included and replenished daily. The liquor dispenser? Also included. Can’t finish the bottles of tequila and wine that also come with your room? No problem. You can take those with you and indulge back home. Complimentary WiFi reaches everywhere from the beach to the guestrooms, and several poolside cabanas are available on a first-come, first-serve basis, plus the Blanc Spa’s extensive hydrotherapy circuit is also complimentary whether a guest has booked a spa treatment or not.

With six bars and eight restaurants ranging from casual oceanfront options to fine dining venues like Mezze—Los Cabos’ only Lebanese eatery—plus 24-hour room service, food and drinks are free flowing at Le Blanc Spa Resort Los Cabos. Recommend the resort’s signature drink, Coco Le Blanc, as a refreshing non-alcoholic beverage, and for an especially delicious start to breakfast, send your clients to Blanc Ocean for the smoked salmon tartines.

While the extensive amenities, and food and beverage options are impressive enough, the service that guests receive while enjoying those offerings is what sets Le Blanc Spa Resort Los Cabos apart.

“A hotel is not a brick and mortar company. It’s a staff company, and the service you’ve gotten is because we have the best staff in Los Cabos,” said Gibran Chapur, executive v.p. of Le Blanc’s parent company Palace Resorts, during the property’s official grand opening party on March 24, 2018.

After three days of watching the staff routinely go above and beyond to ensure that guests didn’t have to lift a single finger to have their every need met, it was easy to understand why Chapur so confidently made that seemingly lofty statement.

That level of attentiveness in service
allows relaxation to seep into every aspect of a stay at Le Blanc Spa Resort Los Cabos. Pair that with the resort’s elegant desert chic decor, the natural beauty of Los Cabos—a place where the desert meets the sea—plus the ample opportunities for off-property adventures in hiking and whale watching, and Le Blanc Spa Resort becomes the
perfect place for a luxurious, relaxing, and fun-filled getaway.
