After two successful seasons flying from the northeast of the U.S. to Martinique, Norwegian Airlines has expanded its offerings to the French Caribbean island with nonstop service from Fort Lauderdale.

Inaugurated on Oct. 30, 2017, the nonstop flight from Fort Lauderdale takes passengers to Fort-de-France, departing at 2:15 p.m. on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Sundays. Return flights to Fort Lauderdale will depart at 10 a.m. on the same days.

Also launched on Oct. 30 was Norwegian’s new route between Boston/Providence and Fort-de-France. This nonstop flight will depart from Boston/Providence at 4 p.m. on Mondays and Fridays with return flights departing at 10:30 a.m. on Thursdays and Sundays. Norwegian has also increased the number of flights departing on its existing service from John F. Kennedy International Airport. That service will operate on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Sundays, departing from JFK at 2:10 p.m. or from Martinique at 8:05 a.m.
