Viva Wyndham Resorts has announced a new, free Hotel Assist Insurance program to protect travelers visiting its properties.
The program will provide travel and medical insurance coverage to travelers who visit any of the all-inclusive vacation resorts in Mexico, Dominican Republic and the Bahamas. Services such as telemedicine, prescriptions, COVID-19 testing and assistance, extension of stay or relocation will be included under the coverage.
Hotel Assist Insurance is part of Viva Wyndham’s all-inclusive package and will cover travelers from check-in to check-out.

Viva Wyndham Resorts has enhanced its standards for health and hygiene to mitigate the COVID-19 pandemic, in accordance with guidelines set out by the World Health Organization and other health authorities. Alongside these efforts, the Hotel Assist Insurance program will add a further layer of protection to provide for unplanned travel or medical services to travelers.
