With our new Dog Friendly Hotels & Resorts program, your dog is welcome to stay in your room, and to be treated with the impeccable service that we are known for.
When you check in, your companion will receive their own welcome kit with amenities to enjoy throughout their stay, including a comfortable, exclusive bed, a feeding and drinking bowl, and more.
Please consider the following terms for our Dog Friendly Hotels program:
- Book on liveaqua.com or fiestamericana.com websites and add the Dog Friendly complement when you select your room.
- The $100.00 per stay, per room rate includes lodging for your dog and additional cleaning.
- Your pet should be small or medium-sized (no larger than 44 lbs). You can also bring two small dogs, as long as they do not exceed 44 lbs.
- Your pet cannot access the pool or dining areas. They can remain in your room or in circulation areas, such as hallways and other specific areas.
- Please bring your dog’s food with you, or contact the concierge before your arrival to request it (this has an additional cost).
- Service available at Live Aqua San Miguel de Allende, Live Aqua Beach Resort Cancun, Live Aqua Urban Resort Monterrey, Live Aqua Urban Resort Mexico, Live Aqua Private Residences Los Cabos, Fiesta Americana Cuernavaca Hacienda San Antonio El Puente, and Fiesta Americana Hacienda Galindo Resort & Spa.
