Le Blanc Spa Resort Cancun recently reopened its doors to guests following the completion of a multi-million-dollar renovation that brought extensive enhancements to its interiors and exteriors.

“We spared no detail in the renovations and upgrades, which are evident in its opulence and design. From fine dining to an innovative spa and on-trend wellness options, to lavish accommodations and top-notch service, Le Blanc Spa Resort will continue to be recognized around the world as the top luxury hotel in Cancun,” said Gibran Chapur, executive v.p. of Palace Resorts, in press materials.

Renovations in the beachfront adults-only property brought a completely redesigned lobby, upgrades to its meeting space, new designer guest suites, redefined restaurants with new gourmet dining menu options, and newly decorated common spaces including bars and lounges. Highlights of the enhancements include guestrooms and suites with new memory foam mattresses, USB charging ports and upgraded touch lighting control, plus personal butler service, nightly aromatherapy menus, and a pillow menu. When it comes time to have a meal, guests at Le Blanc Spa Resort Cancun can choose from eight dining venues, which range from gourmet Italian, French or Japanese cuisine to an ice cream parlor and a coffee and sweets shop.

This all-inclusive resort is also home to BLANCSPA, featuring a hydrotherapy area, hot and cold plunge pools, a sauna, and an herbal steam room, plus chromotherapy, sauna therapy, a relaxation lounge, and 19 treatment suites. The spa also recently unveiled a new signature service: The Balche Massage. Balche is a fermented drink, native to the Yucatan, that stems from the bark of a loca tree mixed with honey. The ingredients are incorporated into the massage, allowing guests to customize and choose from a variety of oils, aromas, and techniques used to relax and decompress the muscles. The massage is complemented by an initial harmonization featuring copal aromas and the sound of a pre-Hispanic instrument and ends with a traditional Mayan drink.
