Exhibiting a familiar icon, LAN’s “Pink Planes” are taking the Breast Cancer Awareness Campaign through all of Chile. Three LAN aircrafts are flying the pink ribbon to generate awareness of this important cause in different regions of the country.
The company is also encouraging prevention by providing more than 400 free mammograms to female employees and women from the community in Santiago, Concepcion, Puerto Montt and Valparaiso through the Arturo Lopez Perez Foundation’s mobile clinic.
And, of course, through the rest of the month, LAN’s sales executives, counter staff, cabin crew and pilots are sporting the pink ribbons on their LAN uniforms.
