Aqua Expeditions has added four additional 7-night departures along the Amazon River in February 2024 on the 20-suite Aqua Nera. There are also options for 3- and 4-night cruises.

Touted as a “floating boutique hotel,” Aqua Nera has been sailing alongside her sister ship Aria Amazon since 2021, taking guests to some of the most remote parts of the Amazon aboard private military-grade skiffs. Days are structured much like those of land-based safaris, with naturalist-led twice-daily excursions ranging from jungle walks and piranha fishing to exploring hidden lakes and lagoons and spotting exotic wildlife.

The new dates coincide with a number of festivals, including the Carnival of Cajamarca (Feb. 10-14, 2024).
