From flowers and beer to art and photography, Insight Vacations’ 2019 special interest itineraries are designed to help travelers explore their passions while also exploring a new destination.

Art Aficionados
New for 2019, Insight Vacations will offer An Art Lover’s Taste of Europe itinerary departing on Oct. 6. On the 15-day journey, guests will visit iconic museums, galleries, churches, and monasteries in four countries while immersing themselves in the paintings, sculptures and architecture of some of Europe’s most well-known artists. Highlights of the trip include VIP entry to the Vatican Museums and behind-the scenes access to the Bramante Staircase, a nighttime visit to the Louvre Museum, and a stroll through Amsterdam’s Van Gogh Museum, plus culinary experiences along the way such as a cooking demonstration in Tuscany, a farm-to-table spread in Switzerland, and a wine and olive oil tasting in Lucca. Rates for this itinerary start at $5,399 pp.

Photo Frenzy
For the shutterbugs on your list, Insight Vacations offers the 18-day Picture Perfect Italy itinerary. Throughout the journey everyone from the novice to the expert photographer will find plenty of material to photograph as the group explores the Dolomites, the rolling hills of Tuscany and its hilltop towns, and more. Picture-perfect highlights of the itinerary include visits to the gardens at the Villa Carlotta on Lake Como, stops in two colorful fishing villages in Cinque Terre, exploring the palace and botanical gardens of Isola Bella in the Italian Lake District, and more. Guests will also be able to participate in a hands-on Italian cooking class in Tuscany, take in the views of the Isle of Capri and the Mediterranean from a mountainside funicular, and stroll through the ruins, cobbled streets and ancient temples of Pompeii alongside a local expert. Rates for this itinerary start at $5,615 pp with departures scheduled for Aug. 13, Sept. 17, and Oct. 8.

Flower Power
If your clients have a green thumb or just appreciate the beauty of flowers and springtime, the European Affair with Chelsea Flower Show may be of interest. The 9-day itinerary starts with a full day at the Chelsea Flower Show in London, plus a dinner cruise on the Thames River. Next, it’s across the channel to the Netherlands to experience Aalsmeer, the world’s largest flower auction, and the traditional Dutch windmills in Volendam. Guests will then visit Bruges before making their way to Paris. From Paris, travelers will take a day trip  to visit two of the most famous castles of the Loire Valley, Chateau de Chenonceau and Chateau de Chambord, then spend the final day exploring the gardens of Versailles and Giverny, which served as Monet’s inspiration. This itinerary departs May 24 with prices starting at $3,250 pp.
