The former H10 Punta Negra on the peninsula of the Costa d’en Blanes, Mallorca, is no longer. After a complete reconstruction, revamp and redesign for a more contemporary look, the new Mandarin Oriental Punta Negra, Mallorca, will be ready to debut in 2024.

Your clients will be welcomed to a 131 guestroom property spread out over nearly 7 and a half acres of landscaped clifftop and gardens overlooking the sea. The accommodations include 44 suites and 9 bungalows close to the waterfront: think full or partial sea views, outdoor terraces and even private plunge pools with a view in some units. The new Mandarin Oriental Punta Negra, Mallorca, is also located near some of the island’s top attractions, including historical landmarks and the international airport.

“We are delighted at this opportunity to bring Mandarin Oriental’s legendary service to this extraordinary beachfront resort in the Balearics, and we look forward to collaborating with Blasson Property Investments to develop a luxury hotel that will be designed and constructed with a strong sustainability ethos,” said James Riley, Group Chief Executive of Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group, in a press statement “Mandarin Oriental Punta Negra, Mallorca will be a welcome complement to our hotels in Barcelona and Madrid and we are extremely pleased to be expanding Mandarin Oriental’s presence into another important leisure destination in Europe.”
