The luxury hotel brand, Gansevoort, is opening its second property in the Dominican Republic on Dec. 15, Gansevoort Playa Imbert.
The property will feature 48 suites; 3-bedroom apartments with private plunge pools and spacious terraces; and 4-bedroom penthouses, each with a private rooftop jacuzzi. Floor-to-ceiling windows offer seascape views from every guestroom. The resort amenities include a 3-tiered cascading infinity pool, an adults-only pool (opening spring 2015), and dining at Baia Lounge, and the Wine + Cigar Cellar.
