Waldorf Astoria Riviera Maya is debuting its first all-inclusive package in Mexico, placing the brand among a select group of Waldorf Astoria properties worldwide that offer this program. The All-Inclusive Package covers dining, premium beverages, in-room dining and access to the resort’s leisure facilities. Available now for booking and travel through 2027, it requires no minimum stay across all guestroom categories, subject to availability and blackout dates.
“Today’s luxury traveler seeks both freedom and refinement,” said Karina Sierra Guerra, Area Marketing Director, in a press statement. “With our new All-Inclusive Package, we saw an opportunity to meet these changing traveler preferences while remaining true to the service and refined sense of place Waldorf Astoria is renowned for. This offering allows our guests to experience the very best of our resort with greater ease and intention, all at their own pace.”
Waldorf Experiences
Dining is the centerpiece. The resort’s six venues span traditional Mexican fare to coastal seafood. Malpeque, the open-flame beachfront restaurant led by Chef Mauricio Lazcano, centers on grilled octopus, lobster and colossal shrimp. JA’O takes the classic Mexican cantina concept into more refined territory, while Chaya serves as the all-day venue for breakfast and lunch. Peacock Alley, the lobby bar, rounds out the options with lite bites and handcrafted cocktails. Through the package, evening reservations at Malpeque and JA’O are available nightly from 6 to 11 p.m.
Beverage inclusions cover unlimited premium selections, artisanal cocktails, sommelier-selected wines and open bar access from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. daily. Daily minibar access and in-room dining are also part of the package, along with full use of the resort’s oceanfront pools, private beach areas and fitness center.
Off-property, the resort’s concierge team can arrange yacht excursions, golf at El Tinto Golf Course, cenote exploration and visits to nearby archaeological sites. Wellness and cultural programming inspired by the Riviera Maya’s natural surroundings is also available.
Located on a secluded stretch of the Caribbean coastline, surrounded by mangroves, the property features 173 guestrooms and suites, each with panoramic ocean views and a private terrace with a soaking tub. The award-winning Waldorf Astoria Spa draws from ancient Mayan healing traditions and modern wellness practices.
