Beaches Resorts has announced the opening of Treasure Beach Village at Beaches Turks and Caicos Resort. With reservations now being accepted, the new $150 million expansion adds 101 multi-bedroom suites, including two-, three- and four-bedroom luxury accommodations, to the resort’s all-inclusive offerings.

This marks the sixth village addition to the property, bringing the total number of rooms at Beaches Turks and Caicos to 858.

A Seaside Sanctuary Designed for Family Connection

Located on Grace Bay, Treasure Beach Village spans 100 acres and boasts a 15,000-square-foot pool. The expansion introduces new dining options, including a food hall-style eatery and a 32-seat cinema.

The Village’s expansive pool area features an infinity-edge design, three slides, a mini pool and a splash pad for younger guests. Relaxation coves, a swim-up bar, in-pool seating and table booths provide additional spots for leisure. The lobby design boasts a carved ceiling sea garden with turtles and seahorses, while guestrooms include seashell and bird motifs.

Accommodations are designed with families and larger groups in mind. Among the standout offerings is the Treasure Beach Chairman’s Penthouse Suite, which spans two floors and offers more than 2,800 square feet of living space.

The beachfront Treasure Beach CrystalSky Reserve Villas feature four bedrooms, three bathrooms and a private pool for up to 10 guests. These villas also include a washer and dryer, wine cooler, outdoor mini-fridge and outdoor gas cooktop. Additionally, two- and three-bedroom suites with family-friendly features, including bunk beds and al fresco living rooms, provide ample space for families and groups.

Notable Dining Favorites

Treasure Beach Village introduces seven new food and beverage concepts, available to all Beaches Turks and Caicos guests. Notable among them is Butch’s Island Chophouse, the first at a Beaches Resort, paying tribute to the brand’s founder Gordon “Butch” Stewart.

Other options include BRÜ coffee bar, which transforms into a cocktail bar in the evenings, and the Pinta Food Hall, offering global cuisines from tacos and ceviche to dumplings and made-to-order pizza.

Guests also have access to unlimited land and water sports, including kayaking, windsurfing and PADI-certified scuba diving. Children of all ages can enjoy the resort’s complimentary Kids Camp program, featuring activities with Sesame Street characters, a Kids Scuba Program and entertainment for teens.
