Paradisus by Melia has debuted The Reserve, a brand-wide upgraded guest experience within each Paradisus location that combines the services that were previously known as Royal Service and Family Concierge. Paradisus has merged these separate services together to form an immersive vacation experience for adults, families and groups.

The Reserve offers the highest accommodations within each resort, featuring suites with the latest technology and luxurious amenities, and most premium service within the brand, featuring exclusive amenities and curated VIP services. Guests who book The Reserve have access to private check-in and check-out, personalized in-room aromatherapy, custom turndown service, individual assistance with priority reservations for activities and restaurants, private pool and beach club access with customized service, and access to special curated events throughout the resort, such as special culinary events and glamping on the beach.

The Reserve offers both adults-only and family-friendly options. Adults have access to areas within each resort solely for adults including an exclusive restaurant, lounge for check-in and check-out, pool and beach areas.

“2021 is an exciting time for Paradisus by Melia,” said Andre Gerondeau, Chief Operating Officer for Meliá Hotels International, in a press release statement. “As we welcome back our guests under the Stay Safe with Melia program, they will also have the opportunity to experience this special, elevated guest experience through The Reserve.
