Four Seasons is set to launch its first property in Nashville, in late 2022 or 2023. Slated to be Nashville’s third-tallest tower, Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences Nashville will be Music City’s second five-star hotel. Having broken ground in June of 2019, construction has moved above-ground and continues apace.
This deluxe property is located in the downtown upmarket neighborhood of SoBro (South of Broadway), home to major attractions like the the Music City Center and just steps away from Broadway and “The District” (also known as “downtown”). This $400 million, 40-story hotel and condo complex will include 143 condominiums or private residences in the tower and 230 hotel rooms occupying the lower floors. The property will include two ground-floor restaurants, on-call concierge service, landscaped rooftop decks, a pool, lounges, walking paths, a world-class spa and fitness center, and a selection of luxurious amenities when completed.
This new property is intended as much as a place of sanctuary as a dynamic and energetic downtown locale, floor-to-ceiling windows reveal unobstructed downtown views and a dynamic city center. The new property will offer the brand’s signature luxury experience with outstanding service and amenities to its owners and other guests.
The Congress Group, based in Boston, is developing the site near Ascend Amphitheater, at 151 1st Ave. S., with Los Angeles-based AECOM Capital. Pre-sales of condos began in the summer 2019 and continues.
