American Queen Steamboat Company (AQSC) and Victory Cruise Lines (VCL) have announced their 2022 itineraries as well as an early booking discount.

Guests booking on AQSC and VCL by April 30, 2021, can take advantage of up to $1,200 in savings on 2022 itineraries. The announcement compliments further initiatives by AQSC and VCL to provide increased flexibility in booking policies, continuously updated health and safety procedures, and expanded on-board accommodations and culinary upgrades.

We are seeing a growing demand for close-to-home, domestic itineraries, and our dedicated staff has been diligently working to create a new lineup of U.S. itineraries that will serve this growing interest and appeal to a variety of travelers.”

Highlights of the new 2022 itineraries include a 16-day Boston to Nassau sailing, beginning in New England and exploring Atlantic coastal destinations such as Baltimore, Charleston and West Palm Beach.

An 11-day Montreal to Detroit sailing that takes in scenic North American sights such as Niagara Falls, as well as a small-boat excursion to the hidden coves and tiny island chains of Thousand Islands in Gananoque, Ontario.

The 17-day Savannah to Halifax expedition showcases ports such as Charleston, SC; Wilmington, NC; Boston, MA; and Portland.

While a series of Special Edition Voyages, beginning in February 2022, will offer unique interest journeys such as the ‘Exploring Haunted History’ itinerary, which uncovers the ghostly legends and lore of the Lower Mississippi River. Or the ‘Quilting the Fabric of America’ itinerary, which feature expert quilters leading hands-on quilting sessions for guests to hone their skills as they float along the river.
