Grand Hyatt Baha Mar made its debut on Nassau’s Northern Shore along the white-sand beaches of Cable Beach earlier this spring featuring 1,800 guestrooms and suites offering views of the ocean, fountains or island from private balconies. Taking inspiration from the surrounding island, the resort features a color palette of pastel hues of peach, cyan and green along with vibrant tones of deep blue as well as commissioned pieces by local artists and architectural elements that emulate natural cliffs and craters found among the waters.

Amenities include seven multi-level pools with swim-up bars and aquariums, a flamingo sanctuary, and what is said to be the only casino in the Caribbean with direct beach views, plus a Jack Nicklaus Signature Design golf course, the Caribbean’s first and only luxury ESPA spa and more than 20 food and beverage outlets ranging from casual standalone daquiri and conch shacks to upscale Mediterranean and pan-Asian restaurants. Rates start at $330 per night. For more information, visit bahamar.grand.hyatt.com.
