Turkish Airlines Launches Kids-Fly-Free Offer
Families planning a fall or winter getaway can save on airfare and hotel packages to Turkey, Mauritius, the Maldives and Dubai with Turkish Airlines Holidays, the vacation package brand of Turkish Airlines. The new global campaign lets children ages 11 and under fly free when included in eligible flight-and-hotel package bookings.
The offer is available for bookings made through Sept. 29, 2026, for travel from the U.S. between Sept. 2, 2026, and March 30, 2027. The children-fly-free promotion is just one piece of the package.

Turkish Airlines Holidays is also offering 15 percent off Economy Class base fares and 20 percent off Business Class base fares. Eligible bookings also include complimentary seat selection and baggage, while select hotels are offering additional campaign-specific perks.

Frontier Airlines Adds First South America Routes
Frontier Airlines is heading to South America for the first time, launching three new nonstop routes between Orlando International Airport and Colombia this December.
The new service will connect Orlando with Medellin, Bogota and Cartagena. The airline will launch daily service to Medellin on Dec. 10, 2026, followed by daily flights to Bogota beginning Dec. 14. Service to Cartagena will begin Dec. 19 with one flight per week.
To celebrate its debut in Colombia, Frontier is offering introductory fares starting at $99 on the new routes, subject to applicable terms and availability. Frontier said the new routes respond to demand for more low-cost travel between Orlando and Colombia and add to Frontier’s growing international presence from Orlando.

Southwest Airlines Announces First-Ever Lounge Network
Southwest Airlines is entering the airport lounge game. The carrier has unveiled plans for its first-ever network of airport lounges, with the first four locations slated for Austin, Baltimore/Washington, Honolulu and Nashville.
Construction is already underway, with the first Southwest lounges expected to welcome guests in late 2027. The airline plans to expand the network with at least seven additional lounges over the following several years, targeting high-demand business and leisure markets.
Southwest is partnering with Chase on the lounge concept. The spaces will feature locally inspired food and beverages, upgraded amenities and a premium design while maintaining Southwest’s brand identity.
Southwest also plans to launch a new premium Southwest Rapid Rewards credit card issued by Chase in 2027, which will include access to the new lounge network.
