Princess Cruises has announced updates to its Premier and Plus packages, adding new perks and flexibility for travelers sailing in 2026. The refreshed packages, available for purchase starting July 22, include enhanced dining benefits and shore excursion credits—features that guests have consistently requested.
Enhanced Perks
Pricing for the updated Premier Package will be $100 per person per day (up from $90), while the Plus Package will be $65 per person per day (up from $60). For sailings on new Sphere-class ships Sun Princess and Star Princess, pricing is slightly higher at $105 and $70 per person per day, respectively. Per a Princess media statement, these packages offer an estimated 50-70 percent savings compared to buying components individually.
Key Premier Package upgrades include a shore excursion credit, for example: $100 for voyages 6–9 days; $200 for voyages 10–20 days; and $300 for voyages 21+ days. Premier still includes unlimited drinks, specialty and casual dining, WiFi for four devices, waived room service fees, professional digital photos, reserved show seating and daily crew appreciation.
The Plus Package now includes four casual dining meals per voyage (up from two), alongside a Plus Beverage Package, single device WiFi, waived room service fees and daily crew appreciation. Some lower-demand features—like premium desserts, juice bar access, and certain fitness classes—will be discontinued to make room for these guest-driven enhancements.
