Delta Air Lines is launching new daily nonstop service from Atlanta to Grenada, beginning Dec. 20, 2025. To celebrate and promote the new service, the Grenada Tourism Authority (GTA) hosted a 3-day activation series in Atlanta earlier this month, spotlighting the island’s spirit and offerings through a mix of culinary, cultural and industry-facing events.
“These Atlanta activations served as a powerful reminder of what makes Grenada so special—our people, our culture and the genuine warmth we bring to every experience,” said Randall Dolland, Chairman of the Grenada Tourism Authority, in a press statement. “The upcoming launch of Delta’s daily nonstop service marks more than just a new route—it represents a gateway to deeper connections, greater opportunity for our people and a more immersive travel experience for those seeking something truly special in the Caribbean.”
Delta’s Flight Schedule from ATL
The upcoming flight will depart daily from Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL) at 9:40 a.m. and land at Grenada’s Maurice Bishop International Airport (GND) at 3:15 p.m., adjusting to 2:15 p.m. starting March 9, 2026.
Return service will depart Grenada at 4:30 p.m. (3:30 p.m. after March 9), arriving back in Atlanta by 8:50 p.m. Delta has also announced an extension of seasonal Saturday-only flights from April 18 through Sept. 5, 2026.
The GTA’s Atlanta events targeted media, travel advisors and the local Grenadian diaspora. The events featured a Mixology Masterclass at Breakfast at Barney’s, where attendees sampled Clarke’s Court Rums and a new Grenadian cocktail syrup; a Caribbean-style launch at Rock Steady Atlanta with local dignitaries, influencers, and travel industry partners, including Sandals Resorts, Vacation Express, IHG and Blue Diamond Resorts.
The series concluded with a Travel Advisor Training & Seminar at The Capital Grille Buckhead, where advisors deepened their knowledge of Grenada’s high-end hotel offerings and destination experiences.
