In response to an increasing demand for Egypt itineraries, Central Holidays has launched several Egypt-focused initiatives including new experiential travel programs, increased advisor commissions, and the introduction of a team of destination specialists.

Backed by parent company Sakkara Group International (SGI), Central Holidays released a 52-page Egypt travel brochure highlighting the new experiences travelers can book throughout 2019. The brochure features six new land and cruise escorted programs, including three multi-country experiences. Examples of these itineraries include the Nubian Treasures itinerary that takes travelers from the pyramids of Cairo to Luxor’s Valley of the Kings with a 4-night Nile River cruise and a 3-night Lake Nasser cruise visiting the Valley of the Lions; as well as the Egypt’s Spectacular Journey that takes travelers on an in-depth exploration of Cairo, Luxor, Abu Simbel, and Alexandria including a 4-night Nile River cruise.

“Over the past year we have seen a significant increase of 289 percent in bookings to Egypt, and we expect that trend to keep going strong in the coming years,” said Tewfik Ghattas, SGI board member, in press materials.

Advisors in need of help to close the deal on their potential bookings, can turn to Central Holidays’ new Egypt Destination Specialist Team, and to up the ante, Central Holidays has also increased agent commissions. Now, when advisors book their clients on a Central Holidays itinerary in this increasingly popular destination, they’ll receive 15 percent commission.
