Florida’s Gulf Coast is the locale for The Perry Hotel Naples, a new boutique, 160-guestroom resort featuring ground-level and rooftop pools, a fitness center, an open-air rooftop bar on the property’s 7th floor, an on-site restaurant, a coffee bar and a poolside eatery serving bites and snacks.
Set to open this fall, the hotel overlooks the Cocohatchee River and has direct channel access to the Gulf of Mexico and Wiggins State Park. The property also has easy access to the river through its nature conservation area. It includes an expansive pier featuring a marina with eight boat slips from which water sports, fishing trips and dolphin and sunset cruises can depart.
“The opening of The Perry Hotel Naples will significantly change the landscape for destination hotels available to travelers visiting Southwest Florida,” says Mike Raymond, CEO of FOD Capital, project developer of The Perry Hotel Naples, in a press statement.
The Perry’s 160 guestrooms range from a standard room to 1-bedroom suites with king or queen beds, a studio king or balcony studio king. The hotel also features the Poolside Bliss guestrooms. Available with one king bed, two queen beds or a studio, the rooms offer guests first-floor access to the pool area.
Perry’s 75-seat rooftop restaurant, Tigress, serves Cantonese dishes and is the creation of chef and restaurateur Dale Talde.
“The area has become increasingly desirable for travelers due to its proximity to nearby beaches, golf courses, world-class shopping and other areas for outdoor recreation,” FOD Capital CFO Matt Strunk said in a press statement. “The Perry Hotel Naples will be a wonderful destination hotel for travelers and locals alike.”

Florida-based design firm, Casa Conde & Associates, spearheaded the creation of the new hotel. The $80 million project is located at 12155 Tamiami Trail N. in Naples, Florida.
