Solmar Hotels & Resorts recently introduced additional booking incentives at their newest properties—Grand Solmar at Rancho San Lucas and Grand Solmar The Residences at Rancho San Lucas—along with a new earnings commission structure applicable to bookings at all Solmar properties.
Travel advisors sending their clients to Grand Solmar at Rancho San Lucas for a week or more will receive a complimentary stay when they book by June 30, 2019. For every seven nights reserved, advisors will receive a certificate for a 2-night stay. For every 12 nights reserved, they’ll receive a 3-night stay, and for bookings of 18 nights or more, advisors will be awarded a certificate for a 4-night stay. All of these stays are based on double occupancy with the all-inclusive rate. As an added value, these complimentary stays also include roundtrip transportation, one aquatic activity, one spa treatment and one land activity for two people. In addition, advisors who wish to extend their stay will receive a 50 percent discount off of the non-refundable rate.
For the other properties, the earnings commission structure rewards travel advisors with a progressive scale of higher commissions based on the number of room nights booked. The commission scale is as follows:
- 10 percent commission for 1-29 room nights
- 15 percent commission for 30-59 room nights
- 18 percent commission for 60-90+ room nights
