Scenic Group USA is bringing forward travel advisor commissions as part of its new Advance Commission Program. Advisors will receive their commissions within 21 days of full payment being made for bookings on Scenic Luxury Cruises & Tours, Scenic Eclipse and Emerald Cruises. The initiative applies to bookings made between July 1, 2022 and Dec. 31, 2022 for departures at least six months out from booking date.
To qualify to receive early commissions, travel advisors need to register for the new program with Scenic Group USA. Once registered, they will receive a confirmation of enrollment in the program within five working days. The initiative also benefits clients, who can receive special pay-in-full savings currently being offered by Scenic and Emerald cruise lines.
“We are immensely grateful for the hard work and perseverance our travel partners have shown during two of the toughest years the travel industry has ever seen,” said Ann Chamberlin, v.p.of sales for Scenic Group USA, in a press statement. “In an effort to thank them for their loyalty and reward their ongoing sales efforts as travel makes a comeback, we’ve launched this program to help ensure they will have money in their pockets faster.”
Scenic discounts on river cruises and ocean voyages
Meanwhile, Scenic Luxury Cruises & Tours is offering $3,000 and $3,500 off suites on 8+ day and 15+ day departures, respectively, on its 2022 and 2023 European river cruises and up to 25 percent off its ocean voyages for 2022 and 2023, excluding Antarctica itineraries. The discount is part of the cruise line’s Splendor of Summer savings event. To qualify, full payment must be made at the time of booking.
