The multi-million dollar renovation of the Fairmont Mayakoba is nearing completion and it’s just about ready to debut one of its crown jewels: the new Maykana beach club, a luxurious addition that your clients can take advantage of day and night.

Fairmont Mayakoba Offering Around the Clock Pleasures

The swanky club will tempt them over with five f&b outlets serving views of the Caribbean coastline, private cabanas for the ultra-privacy seekers on your list, seaside pools and firepits. While the club itself is family-friendly, the new rooftop area is adults-only and has a bar, an infinity pool with ocean views and sunken circular lounge areas.

The Fairmont Mayakoba’s new beach-ready food and beverage offerings include Fuego, the bohemian-chic, Tulum-inspired restaurant; Gaia Seafood Restaurant, Maykana’s signature restaurant; Cielo Rooftop Bar; Aqua and Brisas Terraces.

Brisas will be open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, with menu highlights featuring mezze, Mediterranean shareable bites, and tropical cocktails. Gaia will serve up fresh, local seafood from Mexico as well as other parts of the world and will be Maykana’s signature restaurant. Cielo Rooftop Bar will be the lounge for adults to drink, eat, chill and enjoy conversations that don’t involve diapers or binkies. This is where those aforementioned circular lounge areas will be—and they’re definitely going to make it onto your clients’ Instagram accounts: think designer nests surrounded by water with a firepit in the middle.

Aqua, the terrace, will have a Latin-inspired menu and a large palapa bar surrounded by private poolside cabanas and is open night and day. Fuego, the boho restaurant, is open for lunch and dinner and serves up its menu beachside.

Please note Fairmont Mayakoba’s massive renovation is set to be finished by the end of the year, but the resort remains open throughout. The beach club is expected to be fully operational this fall.
