Espresso—the online reservation system that allows agents to book clients on Royal Caribbean InternationalCelebrity Cruises, and Azamara Cruises—recently launched new features designed with agent feedback in mind.

Each year since the launch of Espresso, updates have been made to improve agents’ experiences with the system. This year, three new tools have been added: simple room category swapping for group bookings, interactive deck plans, and automatic notifications that let agents know the number of additional bookings needed to earn their next Tour Conductor credit, which they can use to increase their profitability.
