If you have clients who like to meet at the intersection of luxury and sustainability for their getaways, you’ll want to recommend Casa Chable, the latest in Chable Hotels’ lineup of delicious properties. Located 22 miles south of Tulum in the Sian Ka’an Biosphere—a UNESCO World Heritage Site—the new beachfront property is the perfect combo for that segment of your client list.

Set in 12 acres of tropical jungle with the Caribbean on one side and the Sian Ka’an lagoon on the other, Casa Chable is not for those who are looking to be entertained by anything other than Mother Nature. And there is plenty to do in this astounding reserve, from wildlife observation to fishing to kayaking, canoeing, paddle boarding and discovering ancient ruins, among other outdoor pursuits.

Casa Chable has 10 accommodations—five rooms in the main building and five standalone bungalows. Three of these have ocean views, one is a master beachfront bungalow and the fifth is a premium beachfront bungalow with a private garden. The entire property was recently remodeled in collaboration with interior designer Paulina Moran.

The property also includes a lobby bar, a gourmet restaurant with menus designed by chef Jorge Vallejo of Quintonil fame, a swimming pool off of the main house, an oceanfront wellness cabana, a gym, a rooftop lounge and bar with a plunge pool and a private beach dotted with canopy daybeds and hammocks. Dishes will showcase regional cuisine made with locally caught fish and produce from the property’s organic garden.

Your eco-sensitive clients will also be thrilled to know the property is 100% powered by renewable solar and wind energy and is part of Chable Hotels’ partnership with the Mexican organization Comunal to support the brand’s environmental conservation, sustainability developments and social responsibility.

Casa Chable will be open year-round starting Nov. 1, 2022. Rates begin at $789 per night, based on double occupancy, with full property buyouts available starting from $9,418 for up to 22 people. Seasonal rates apply.
