The Lexi is bringing “small and cheeky” to Las Vegas, a destination best known for its sprawling hotels and massive room counts. Once the Artisan Hotel Boutique, a multi-million-dollar reno under the aegis of Elevations Hotels and Resorts is transforming the space into a new 64-room intimate getaway that is chic and sexy while still approachable. It’s set to open its doors this spring.

And this little gem has a hidden secret: it’s the first in Las Vegas to debut the idea of “cannabis-friendly hospitality,” meaning it seeks to normalize the idea of cannabis in travel. How? Along with fully remodeled guestrooms, The Lexi will also have an entire fourth floor designated as “cannabis-friend,” meaning each room will have a state-of-the-art RestorAir filtration system so your 420-friendly clients can puff away in peace without impinging on non-smoking fellow guests.

Of course, premium hospitality is vital no matter what floor your clients prefer so that they can expect personalized service, a fantastic culinary and cocktail program and a busy spring/summer pool party season in their European-style pool—something to keep in mind for the party clients that prefer their high-energy served in more intimate settings sans kids. The grand lobby will also be a social scene with live music and entertainment on a scaled-down level, plus it will have a walk-up cafe for breakfast, post-party treats and cocktails.

The Lexi Membership

This new hotel will offer a new type of loyalty program. Elevations Nation is a proprietary program owned by Elevation Hotels & Resorts that brings together “a unique community of individuals with a wanderlust mindset, cannabis enthusiasm and taste for new experiences.” The members will have access to inclusive events, well-being activities and more.

“The Lexi allows the Elevations Hotels and Resorts brand to truly showcase our commitment to creating a new type of hotel concept that is defined not only by our acceptance and normalization of cannabis in the hospitality space, but also by our dedication to reclaim storied properties and transform them for the modern-day travelers,” notes Alex Rizk, president and CEP of Elevations. “With The Lexi our goal is to provide guests with something truly new in Las Vegas. We plan to personalize the guest experience through our unique Elevations Nation membership clubs, as well as through our distinctive on-property programming, and via partnerships within the community.”
The new hotel—a non-gaming urban oasis—is minutes from the Las Vegas Strip, Downtown Las Vegas and the Las Vegas Arts District.
