After their initial registration, agents receive five e-mails over a 2-week period. The custom-created content provides an overview of the cruise line’s many tools and resources that agents can use to sell the brand with success. The 5-part marketing program covers topics such as maximizing the use of the cruise line’s travel agent Internet portal; details on the award-winning Carnival Passport travel agent educational tool; the Travel Partner Toolbox, which gives them access to trade support and sales-boosting resources; and the Travel Agent Rewards Program.
