New global charter-only river cruising company Transcend Cruises has launched a new website to showcase its upcoming river cruise ship and unique group travel service model. The site is designed for travel advisors booking private social occasions as well as meetings, incentives, and event planners.

“The Transcend team is comprised of the best and brightest from the cruise, luxury travel and MICE sectors. They have been highly engaged in the conception and creation of our new, dynamic site,” said Kimberly Daley, Chief Revenue Officer, in a press statement. “We also involved our advisory board comprised of leading experts in the group travel space along with meeting and incentive planners and expert group-focused travel advisors to ensure the site has all the tools our clients require to successfully sell Transcend as well as provide their guests confidence in the ship and company overall.”

The mobile-friendly platform offers a comprehensive look at the company’s offerings, including detailed information about the new ship’s features, the experienced team behind Transcend and customizable itineraries. A key feature of the website is a real-time construction timeline, which will be updated throughout 2024-2025 with time-lapse videos and photos documenting the shipbuilding process.

The Explore Onboard section of the site offers clients an extensive library of images. These include visuals of guest accommodations, public spaces, dedicated group planner facilities and deck plans. The website also highlights Transcend’s culinary and wellness offerings.

The site includes an exclusive Your Charter portal for a more personalized experience. This section provides your clients with detailed information about the charter experience, planning tools, customized itineraries, program plans and updates.

This website’s launch comes as Transcend Cruises prepares to deliver its new-build river cruise ship, scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2025. The company’s focus on the group travel market is evident throughout the site’s design and content, which provides a user-friendly digital experience.
