Disney’s Hollywood Studios at Walt Disney World Resort are once again hosting Mickey’s Fantasmic! spectacular debuting on November 3rd.
The show is on every night at the Hollywood Hills Amphitheater, where guests can head in and pick their best seat up to 90 minutes before the show. Remind clients this is an outdoor venue, so the showtimes are subject to change and the weather.
Fantasmic! Offers Guests a Variety of Entertainment
The nearly 30-minute show is a “kaleidoscope of entertainment” with jaw-dropping stunts, special effects, fireworks and scads of popular music based on classic Disney animated films. Expect moments from Disney stories such as “Moana,” “Mulan,” “Aladdin,” “Pocahontas” and “Frozen 2.”
“Fantasmic! is a show that will take you on a journey to see so many characters, so many villains and heroes,” said Melanie Gagne, entertainment proprietor for Disney’s Hollywood Studios, in a press statement. “It’s one of our biggest shows, and many guests will plan their day or their entire vacation around Fantasmic!
“In bringing Fantasmic! back, we have a brand-new scene that we’re calling our Disney Heroes scene,” said Matthew Hamel, show director for Disney Live Entertainment, in a press statement. “We get to see some new characters introduced to Fantasmic!, and we get to show their stories in a new, unique way utilizing a combination of projections, lasers and new lighting.”
The storyline takes your clients on an amazing adventure with Mickey Mouse, where he creates all kinds of wonderful visions with his magic until Disney villains intrude and try to turn his dreams into nightmares. Of course, good triumphs over evil, and Mickey’s magic wins out in the end. The amphitheater winds around a lagoon, so let your clients know they might get wet in the first few rows!
Beginning October 26, you can book clients on dining packages for select restaurants at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. Please note: To experience Fantasmic! your clients need both a valid park admission and a park reservation for Disney’s Hollywood Studios on the same date.
