Windstar Cruises is looking to 2025 to launch its Mind, Body, and Spirit Collection, offering wellness-themed voyages for your clients seeking a holistic approach to personal transformation while exploring global destinations.

The new wellness cruises will be available on four distinct Windstar itineraries throughout the year, featuring locations such as the Panama Canal, Rome, Bermuda and Lisbon.
Debbie Dixon, a life coach, author, and healer with nearly 30 years of experience in the health and wellness industry, will be the special guest on these cruises. Daily activities will include meditation, breathwork, yoga sessions and talks on mental, physical and spiritual health. A pop-up bar will offer complimentary elixirs designed to enhance mind and body function. Heart-healthy food options, including vegan and vegetarian meals and morning juice cleanses, will be available. Guests can also book private sessions with Dixon for an additional fee.
The Mind, Body, and Spirit Collection will be featured on the following 2025 sailings:
- Star Pride: Feb. 8 to 15 – Panama Canal, Colombia, and San Blas
- Star Legend: Feb. 23 to Mar. 2 – Europe’s Winter Riviera
- Star Pride: Oct. 19 to 26 – Bermuda Bliss
- Wind Spirit: Nov. 4 to 18 – Ocean Crossing
Windstar’s cruise vacations allow your clients to explore new destinations while providing a shipboard retreat for relaxation and reconnection. Complimentary amenities include access to the fitness facility, whirlpools and sauna. The full-service spa offers a range of treatments, including massages, body treatments and acupuncture, with some featuring locally sourced ingredients. Star Class ships provide additional complimentary facilities in the WorldSpa by Windstar, including heated loungers, a relaxation room and a steam room.
These wellness cruises are part of Windstar’s Pick Your Perk savings offer, available for booking through Mar. 31, 2025, on most sailings through June 2026. Guests can choose between one free hotel night (pre- or post-cruise) or up to $1,000 onboard credit, which can be used for shore excursions, spa services or celebratory drinks. Premium Suite guests can upgrade to the All-Inclusive Fare, valued at $99 per guest per day, which includes unlimited alcohol, Wi-Fi and all gratuities.
