Tauck’s 2026 North American land tour collection introduces fresh experiences in the American West, Mexico and Nova Scotia. The portfolio now includes 29 land tours, with four designed for families through the Tauck Bridges program.
“We operated our very first tour in North America 100 years ago this summer, and since that time, we’ve never stopped innovating or improving our itineraries,” said Tauck CEO Jennifer Tombaugh in a press statement. “For 2026, we’re thrilled to raise the bar and feature some truly fun and unique accommodations to help our guests connect more deeply to the places we visit.”
Tauck Goes West
Two new Western U.S. tours feature Tauck’s first glamping experiences in the region. The 8-day Paradise Valley, Yellowstone & the Tetons tour includes a 2-night stay at Under Canvas West Yellowstone, offering luxury safari-style tents with private bathrooms and wood stoves near Yellowstone’s west entrance. The 8-day Wild, Wild West Family Adventure includes a 3-night stay at ULUM Moab, featuring suite-style tents with upscale amenities like king-size beds and heated mattress pads.
The 9-day Western Horizons: Mesa Verde to Moab tour marks Tauck’s return to Mesa Verde National Park after more than a decade. This tour, along with the family adventure, includes an overnight stay at the Far View Lodge within the park, continuing Tauck’s tradition of providing accommodations within the park.
Tauck is expanding its Small Group journeys, which average 24 guests, and Even Smaller Group trips, which average 15 guests. The company anticipates that over 50 percent of its North America land tour bookings for 2026 will be for these smaller group options.
The Paradise Valley, Yellowstone & the Tetons tour begins with two nights at Sage Lodge in Montana’s Paradise Valley. It includes exploration of Yellowstone National Park, visits to wildlife centers and concludes with a stay at The Cloudveil in Jackson and dinner at the Million Dollar Cowboy Steakhouse.
Western Horizons: Mesa Verde to Moab combines cultural exploration with scenic beauty. Highlights include a ride on the Durango & Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad, horseback riding, a private tour of Mesa Verde National Park, a Navajo-guided Jeep tour in Monument Valley and visits to Arches and Canyonlands National Parks.
The family-oriented Wild, Wild West Family Adventure offers activities such as exploring cliff dwellings, hiking in Arches National Park, visiting the Moab Giants Dinosaur Museum, horseback riding and Colorado River rafting.
Tauck’s new offerings extend beyond the American West. The 8-day A Week in Mexico City and Oaxaca provides early access to museums, private visits to cultural sites and culinary experiences. The tour includes visits to Teotihuacan’s pyramids, Xochimilco’s floating gardens and Monte Alban.
The 8-day A Week In… A Nova Scotia tour offers an exploration of the province’s rich history and stunning natural beauty. It features visits to UNESCO-listed Lunenburg, Alexander Graham Bell’s legacy in Baddeck, a First Nations experience and a whale-watching cruise on the Bay of Fundy.
